Affirmation 17
In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete. Each one of us, myself included, experiences the richness and fullness of life in ways that are meaningful to us. I now look at the past with love and choose to learn from my old experiences. There is no right or wrong, nor good or bad. The past is over and done. There is only the experience of the moment. I love myself for bring myself through this past into this present moment. I share what and who I am, for I know we are all one in spirit. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete. I accept health as a natural state of my being. I now consciously release any mental patterns within me that could express as dis-ease in any way. I love and approve of myself. I love and approve of my body. I feed it nourishing foods and beverages. I exercise in ways that are fun. I recognise my body as wondrous and magnificent machine, and I feel privileged to live in it. I love lots of energy. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I recognise my body as a good friend. Each cell in my body has divine intelligence. I listen to what each cell tells me and I know that its advice is valid. I am always safe, and divinely protected and guided. I choose to be healthy and free. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I am one with the power that created me. I am totally open and receptive to the abundant flow of prosperity that the Universe offers. All my needs and desires are met before I even ask. I am Divinely guided and protected, and I make choices that are beneficial for me. I rejoice in others’ successes, knowing there is plenty for us all. Affirmation 11
In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I live in harmony and balance with everyone I know. Deep at the centre of my being there is an infinite well of love. I now allow this love to flow to the surface. It fills my heart my body, my mind, my consciousness, my very being, and radiates out from me in all directions and returns to me multiplied. The more love I use and give, the more I have to give. The supply is endless. The use of love makes me feel good; it is an expression of my inner joy. I love myself; therefore, I take loving care of my body. I lovingly feed it nourishing foods and beverages, I lovingly groom it and dress it, and my body lovingly responds to me with vibrant health and energy. I love myself therefore, I provide myself a comfortable home, one that fills all my needs and is a pleasure to be in. I fill the rooms with the vibration of love so that all who enter, myself included, will feel this love and be nourished by it. I love myself; therefore, I work at a job I truly enjoy doing, one that uses my creative talents and abilities, working with and for people I love and who love me, and earning a good income. I love myself; therefore, I behave and think in a loving way to all people for I know that which I give out returns to me multiplied. I only attract loving people in my world, for they are a loving mirror of what I am. I love myself; therefore, I forgive and totally release the past and all past experiences, and I am free. I love myself; therefore, I live totally in the now, experiencing each moment as good and knowing that my future is bright and joyous and secure, for I am a beloved child of the universe, and the universe lovingly takes care of me now and forever more. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. My life is ever new. Each moment of my life is new and fresh and vital. I use my affirmative thinking to create exactly what I want. This is a new day. I am a new me. I think differently. Others treat me differently. My new world is a reflection of my new thinking. It is a joy and a delight to plant new seeds, for I know these seeds will become my new experiences. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. Change is the natural law of my life. I welcome change.  I am willing to change. I choose to change my thinking. I choose to change the words I use. I move from the old to the new with ease and joy. It is easier for me to forgive than I thought. Forgiving makes me feel free and light. It is with joy that I learn to love myself more and more. The more resentment I release the more love I have to express. Changing my thoughts makes me feel good. I am learning to choose to make today a pleasure to experience. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I see any resistance patterns within me only as something else to release. They have no power over me. I am the power in my world. I flow with the changes taking place in my life as best I can. I approve of myself and the way I am changing. I am doing the best I can. Each day gets easier. I rejoice that I am the rhythm and flow of my ever changing life. I choose to make it so. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I now choose calmly and objectively to see my old patterns, and I am willing to make changes, I am teachable, I can learn. I am willing to change. I choose to have fun doing this. I choose to react as though I have found a treasure when I discover something else to release. I see and feel myself changing moment by moment. Thoughts no longer have any power over me. I am the power in the world. I choose to be free. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I no longer choose to believe in the old limitations and lack. I no choose to begin to see myself as the Universe see me – perfect, whole, and complete. The truth of my being is that I was created perfect, whole, and complete. I will always be perfect, whole, and complete. I now choose to live my life from this misunderstanding. I am in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. The past has no power over me because I am willing to learn and to change. I see the past as necessary to bring me where I am today. I am willing to begin where I am right now to clean the rooms of my mental house. I know it does not matter where I start, so I now begin with the smallest and easiest rooms, and in that way I will see results quickly. I am thrilled to be in the middle of this adventure, for I know I will never go through this particular experience again. I am willing to set myself free. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect whole and complete. I believe in a power far greater than I am that flows through me every moment of everyday. I open myself to the wisdom within, knowing there is only One intelligence in this universe. Out of this One intelligence comes all answers, all the solutions, all the healings, all the new creations. I trust this power and intelligence, knowing whatever I need to know is revealed to me, and whatever I need comes to me in the right time, space, and sequence. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete. I am always divinely protected and guided. It is safe for me to look within myself. It is safe for me to look into the past. It is safe for me to enlarge my viewpoint of life. I am far more than my personality – past and, present, or in the future. I now choose to rise above my personality problems to recognise the magnificence of my being. I am totally willing to learn to myself. All is well in my world.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete, and yet life is ever changing. There is no beginning and no end, only a constant cycling and recycling of substance and experiences. Life is never stuck or static or stale, for each moment is ever new and fresh. I am one with the very Power that created me, and this Power has given me the power to create my own circumstances. I rejoice in the knowledge that I have the power of my own mind of use to use in any way I choose. Every moment of my life is a new beginning point as we move from the old.  This moment is a new point of beginning for me right here and right now. All is well in my world.

Hello and Welcome to Become a Better Person Today

"And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousnesss as the stars for ever and ever."

I like to think the above verse is the beginning of my journey... for many years I have harboured a desire to openly express my inner passion for love, happiness, strength and peace.

So many times I have put pen to paper and written heart felt words only to discarded them as nonsense, generally I have regarded my faith as shameful and stupid, oh I could talk to my mother, sometimes in great detail but when I move from her radius I clam up and once again turn to my daily routine with wistful sadness.

Now with the internet I have discovered a way to pour out my thoughts, my feelings and the utter intense cravings from deep in my soul, there is no dramatisation to these words, though my arms, chest and stumach ache with anticipation, I cannot write quickly enough to arrive at the messages I endeavour to raise, of course I could jump straight to the point but that isn’t enough, indeed I must express every sensation of entire body and soul through these sensations will emit a strength love, happiness and well being.

The internet is a powerful tool and my aim is to use this power to help you become a better person, I want to become your rock, a strong hand to help lift up and help you to start building your beautiful life and achieve the very things you never thought possible.

The pages throughtout this site are packed to bursting with every ounce of my energy to help you overcome whatever deep rooted fear, failure, mishap, trauma or adiction you may have. I have listened to people pour out their hearts with sentiment and desire never knowing if they will ever become a faithful human being ever again. I too harboured this dreadful fear, my adiction was one which gripped my mind and clung on squeezing tighter and tighter everyday.

Then one dull and rainy day I decided I had a beautiful life a life I wanted to reclaim, no longer was I going to be enslaved by the doldrums of a painful life, and like any adiction, fear, depression coming down was very difficult, those long empty corridors where loneliness was rife and food for temptation suddenly became gateways to happiness, and now I look around me and I see nothing but joy, peace and fulfilment.

We start our journey by reading the words of a wonderful person who suffered terribly in her childhood and her early life, through many years of searching she discovered 'LIFE' and it is through her story and teaching that my my own life was hughly influenced.
